Check out Positive Discipline especially for dealing with teens. You may need support. I work parttime with grandparents and relatives raising children and provided ongoing support weekly. Parenting today is so much different than when I raised my own children. It's hard when dealing with back talk and sometimes aggressive behaviors. Would a support group work for you?.
